National Open Monuments Day 2013 in Dordrecht with a concert of Kraayenhof Tango Ensemble

Also Dordrecht participates in the National Open Monuments Day on 15th September with the theme Power and Beauty.

After all Dordrecht is the oldest town in Holland and it has about 800 monuments, a part of which can be visited for free.

Also special activities will be organized in and around these monuments, for instance a series of concerts called Musical Monuments.

These concerts will take place in the following monumental buildings: Townhall, Teekengenootschap Pictura, West-Indisch Huis/Galerie de Compagnie (West-Indian House/Galery the Company), Trinitatis Chapel, the former Bonifatius Church and in Bibelot-Waterstaatskerk,  in which location the Kraayenhof Tango Ensemble will perform. Admission for these concerts, taking place at 14:00, 15:00 and 16:00 h. is free.
